Mission21(이하 "회사")은 교회를 위한 홈페이지 제작·운영 서비스와 설교 콘텐츠 서비스(ChurchAI)를 제공합니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 수집·이용·보관합니다.
1. 적용 범위
본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 아래 서비스에 적용됩니다.

- 위 서비스로 제작되어 교회 자체 도메인으로 운영되는 교회 홈페이지
2. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
3. YouTube API 서비스 이용 고지
본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 이용합니다.
서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 되며, Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
회사가 접근하는 YouTube 정보
- 교회가 직접 연결한 자신의 채널에 한하여, 영상 목록과 기본 정보(제목·설명·게시일·썸네일)
- 해당 영상의 자막(캡션) — 설교문 작성 및 번역 자막 생성을 위해 사용
- 교회가 요청한 경우, 생성된 번역 자막을 그 교회의 영상에 업로드
회사는 교회가 소유하지 않은 타인의 채널·영상 데이터를 수집하거나 분석하지 않으며, 가져온 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
연결 해제 방법
이용자는 언제든지 아래 방법으로 회사의 YouTube 데이터 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 관리자 화면에서 [채널 연결 해제] 선택
- 또는 Google 계정의 보안 설정에서 직접 해제 — https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
연결을 해제하면 회사가 보관하던 해당 채널의 YouTube 데이터(자막 원문 포함)는 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다만 이미 생성되어 교회 홈페이지에 게시된 설교문·요약은 교회의 콘텐츠로서 유지되며, 교회가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체를 이용하며, 목적 달성에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 전달합니다.

회사는 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보에 대해 다음을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 열람 · 정정 — 관리자 화면에서 직접 수정하거나, 아래 연락처로 요청
- 삭제 · 처리 정지 — 요청 시 지체 없이 처리하며, 계정 삭제 시 관련 데이터는 30일 내 삭제됩니다
- 데이터 사본 요청 — 교회가 등록한 콘텐츠의 사본을 제공합니다
6. 보안
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 비밀번호는 회사가 보관하지 않습니다(Google 로그인만 사용).
- 교회 데이터는 교회별로 분리되어, 권한이 있는 관리자만 접근할 수 있습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일 7일 전까지 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다. 중대한 변경은 30일 전에 안내합니다.

Mission21 ("we", "us") provides website creation and hosting for churches, along with sermon content services (ChurchAI). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
1. Scope

- Church websites created with our service and served on the church's own domain
2. Information we collect and why

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. YouTube API Services notice
This service uses YouTube API Services.
By using our service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
What we access
- Only for the channel a church connects itself: the video list and basic details (title, description, publish date, thumbnail)
- The captions of those videos, used to produce sermon transcripts and translated captions
- When the church requests it, uploading translated captions back to that church's own videos
We do not collect or analyze channels or videos the church does not own, and we never use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
How to revoke access
- Choose [Disconnect channel] in the service admin page, or
- Revoke access directly in your Google account security settings — https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
When you disconnect, the YouTube data we stored for that channel (including original captions) is deleted immediately. Transcripts and summaries already published on the church website remain as the church's own content and can be deleted by the church.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
5. Your rights
- Access and correction — edit directly in the admin page, or contact us
- Deletion — handled promptly; account data is deleted within 30 days
- Data copy — we provide a copy of the content your church has entered
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- We never store passwords (Google sign-in only).
- Each church's data is isolated and reachable only by its authorized administrators.
7. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes in the service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days in advance for material changes.
