이용약관

본 약관은 Mission21(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 교회 홈페이지 서비스 및 ChurchAI 설교 콘텐츠 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스 내용
- 교회 홈페이지 — 교회 소개·예배 안내·설교 목록·공지사항·주보·사진게시판·자유게시판, 한국어/영어 페이지, 교회 도메인 연결
- 말씀 페이지(선택) — 교회가 연결한 YouTube 채널의 설교 영상에서 요약·스크립트·스터디가이드·퀴즈를 생성하고, 요청 시 번역 자막을 그 영상에 업로드
회사는 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 기능을 추가·변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 안내합니다.
2. 이용 계약과 계정
- 서비스는 Google 계정 로그인으로 이용합니다. 회사는 비밀번호를 보관하지 않습니다.
- 교회 관리자는 다른 담당자를 공동 관리자로 초대할 수 있으며, 초대된 관리자의 행위에 대한 책임은 해당 교회에 있습니다.
- 계정 정보는 정확해야 하며, 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
3. 요금과 결제

두 상품은 서로 별개이며 각각 청구됩니다. 말씀 페이지를 신청하지 않아도 홈페이지는 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 결제는 Stripe를 통해 처리되며, 매월 같은 날 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
- 표시 요금은 미국 달러(USD) 기준이며, 세금이 별도로 부과될 수 있습니다.
- 요금이 변경되는 경우 최소 30일 전에 안내하며, 이미 결제된 기간에는 적용되지 않습니다.
4. 해지와 환불
- 이용자는 언제든지 관리자 화면의 [결제] 탭에서 해지할 수 있습니다.
- 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있고, 그 이후 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 이미 결제된 월 요금은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 귀책으로 서비스를 이용하지 못한 기간이 있다면 해당 기간만큼 환불 또는 이용 기간 연장으로 보상합니다.
- 결제가 연체되면 안내 후 서비스가 중지될 수 있으며, 중지 상태가 30일 이상 지속되면 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
5. 콘텐츠의 권리와 책임
- 교회가 등록한 모든 콘텐츠(글·사진·영상·주보 등)의 권리는 해당 교회에 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 저장·표시합니다.
- 교회는 등록하는 콘텐츠에 대해 저작권 등 필요한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않아야 합니다.
- AI로 생성된 요약·스크립트·번역은 오류가 있을 수 있으므로 공개 전 교회가 확인할 것을 권합니다. 회사는 생성 결과의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 게시판을 "누구나 작성"으로 설정한 경우, 방문자가 올린 글의 관리 책임은 해당 교회에 있습니다.
6. YouTube API 서비스 이용 조건
본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 이용합니다. 이용자는 서비스 이용 시 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 보며, Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
- 회사는 교회가 직접 연결한 자신의 채널에 한하여 영상 정보와 자막에 접근합니다.
- 번역 자막 업로드는 교회가 요청한 경우에만, 그 교회 소유 영상에 대해서만 수행합니다.
- 이용자는 언제든지 관리자 화면 또는 Google 보안 설정에서 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
- YouTube API 이용 정책 변경 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 관련 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 금지 행위
- 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠의 게시
- 서비스를 이용한 스팸 발송, 자동화된 대량 요청, 서버에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위
- 타인 소유 채널의 데이터를 수집할 목적의 서비스 이용
- 서비스의 취약점을 악용하거나 다른 교회의 데이터에 무단 접근을 시도하는 행위
위반 시 회사는 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 통지 없이) 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
8. 서비스 중단과 책임의 한계
- 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하나, 중단 없는 운영을 보증하지 않습니다. 정기 점검은 사전에 안내합니다.
- 천재지변, 외부 서비스(Google·Stripe·호스팅 업체 등)의 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사의 배상 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 직전 3개월간 해당 이용자가 지불한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
- 교회는 중요한 콘텐츠를 별도로 보관할 것을 권장합니다.
9. 약관의 변경
회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)까지 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용을 중단하고 해지할 수 있습니다.
10. 준거법 및 문의
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 성실한 협의로 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

These terms govern your use of the church website service and the ChurchAI sermon content service (the "Service") provided by Mission21 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
- Church website — about pages, service times, sermon list, announcements, bulletins, photo and community boards, Korean/English pages, and custom domain connection
- Sermon Pages (optional) — summaries, transcripts, study guides and quizzes generated from sermons on a YouTube channel the church connects; on request, uploading translated captions back to those videos
We may add or change features to improve the Service and will give notice of material changes in advance.
2. Accounts
- The Service uses Google sign-in. We never store passwords.
- A church administrator may invite co-administrators; the church is responsible for their actions.
- Account information must be accurate, and you may not use another person's account without permission.
3. Fees and billing

These are separate plans and are billed separately. Your website works fully without Sermon Pages.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each month.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to tax.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change; it will not affect a period already paid for.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time from the [Billing] tab in the admin page.
- After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
- Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If the Service was unavailable due to our fault, we will refund or extend the term for that period.
- If payment is overdue we may suspend the Service after notice, and data may be deleted if suspension continues for more than 30 days.
5. Content ownership and responsibility
- All content a church uploads (text, photos, videos, bulletins) belongs to that church. We store and display it only as needed to provide the Service.
- Churches must hold the necessary rights to the content they upload and must not infringe the rights of others.
- AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and translations may contain errors. We recommend reviewing them before publishing; we do not warrant their accuracy.
- If a board is set to "anyone may post", the church is responsible for moderating visitor posts.
6. YouTube API Services terms
This service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
- We access video information and captions only for a channel the church connects itself.
- Translated captions are uploaded only at the church's request and only to that church's own videos.
- You may revoke access at any time in the admin page or through Google security settings.
- Related features may be limited by changes to YouTube API policies that are outside our control.
7. Prohibited use
- Posting content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law
- Sending spam, making automated bulk requests, or placing excessive load on our servers
- Using the Service to harvest data from channels you do not own
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting to access another church's data
We may restrict access after notice (or immediately in urgent cases) if these terms are violated.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
- We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including outages of third-party services (Google, Stripe, hosting providers).
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
- We recommend keeping your own backup of important content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will give notice in the Service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and cancel.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We aim to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.
